I vote NO. Being active only in servers isnt enough. As you said, you have been catching cheaters without power, so keep doing that since you got no experience in mod powers. Also, you got like 7 posts in forum which is bad, you need to be active in both server and forums.

Dont know how there works but its impossible to 18 years old to get in college. You have to finish highschool first (3 years). So you have to be 20 years old.
