Wrong ban in minecraft

There are two player and lets ban me. I didn't do anything.

Well, the "NAME" bug.. It's appear so many times and makes the confusion.
It's simply, MODS who were connected just though you had 2 connections.
But the thing I dont understand is: Why they didn't looked at your IP/USGN and the IP/USGN of the other "Player".

What's your USGN ? (I will talk with Darklight for your unban).

Multi-connection punished by banning?
What about if the user has sibling and you still ban him?
That's wrong.

Of course Multi-Connections is forbidden.
They could freevote many people by having multi connections.

But for me, multi-connection should be punished by a temp-ban and not a permanent ban.
